Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Press the tube of cookie dough evenly onto a standard pizza pan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and allow to cool completely.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">4. \u00a0If cream cheese is not the whipped kind, soften it slightly in the microwave or bring it to room temperature ahead of time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">5.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Using an electric mixer, blend the lemon juice and the cream cheese, then add the confectioner\u2019s sugar gradually until you have the consistency of a fruit dip.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">6.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Spread this filling onto the cooled cookie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">7.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Decorate in patterns, or randomly, with fruit, covering the entire surface.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">8.
